Dinner and Dancing at the Wildhorse Saloon
On Tuesday evening, we'll head downtown to a Music-City-Must – the Wildhorse Saloon.
The entire 60,000 square feet of space, three levels, and world famous dance floor is reserved for ABSA. Join the whimsical horses and cows and "saddle up" to the bars.
A Wildhorse delicacy, Fried Dill Pickles, will whet your appetite for a mouth-watering buffet dinner and fabulous desserts.
After dinner, enjoy free line-dance lessons, listen to an up-and-coming contemporary country band (bands such as such as Ricochet, Sons of the Desert, Lonestar, Shane Stockton and Trick Pony have all called the Wildhorse Saloon home before signing with Nashville labels) with a DJ host to fill in the gaps.
If dancing isn't your thing, head up to the third-floor Billiards room. Ten Olhausen pool tables have recently been added with upscale billiard chairs. Play is complimentary for all guests. Wildhorse has dart boards as well.
If you like it a little quieter, the Riverview room overlooks the Cumberland River and Riverfront Park - a great view at night. And if you're not ready to hit the pillow after having your fill of Wildhorse food and fun, you can explore the Downtown Nashville nightlife, then catch a shuttle back to the Gaylord Opyland.
